Javier founded Corpfin Capital Real Estate Partner (CCREP) in 2008. He has over 30 years of experience in the real estate sector. He has been involved in commercial and residential projects. Previously, he was the CEO of the real estate and construction companies Fadesa and Martinsa-Fadesa. Javier has also held senior management positions at BBVA and Ferrovial. He holds a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Master's in Real Estate Business Management (MDI).

Carlos is President of Corpfin Capital. He began his career in investment banking in 1987 at the Spanish subsidiary of Citicorp Investment Bank. He subsequently joined Société Générale, where he led the Structured Finance and Syndication Department until 1998, when he was appointed Deputy General Manager. In 2000, he joined the Telefónica Group, where he held the positions of Finance Director of Telefónica Media, Vice-President and CEO of Vía Digital, and Head of Corporate Management Control. In 2004, he joined Corpfin Capital as a Partner, where he was Managing Partner until 2018.

He holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from ICADE (E-3), Madrid.

Before becoming a founding partner of Queka in 2018, Patrick was a Senior Partner (1992-2018) and Executive Chairman of the Investment Committee (2007-2018) at Corpfin Capital, where he participated in 25 private equity transactions in Spain. Previously, Patrick opened the first office and was responsible for Spain at CVC Capital Partners, where he worked in the New York office (1988-1990); he also worked as a project engineer at Técnicas Reunidas. Patrick holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (New York) and an MBA from New York University's School of Business.

Law graduate from the University of Navarra. Partner in the corporate department at Cuatrecasas since 2008. Expert in all types of real estate transactions and restructurings, real estate finance (including SOCIMIS) and sale and leaseback.

She joined Inbest Real Estate Management Partners in December 2017 as General Manager, bringing over 18 years of experience in the real estate sector. She began her professional career in the M&A-Corporate Finance department of Banco Santander. Subsequently, she joined Aguirre Newman, where she was Director of the Corporate Finance department. In 2012, she joined Deloitte, where she was Director of the Real Estate department within Financial Advisory. Ana is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management and a Master’s degree in Management Skills Development, both from the University of Deusto.

Before joining the company in 2011, Marta worked at Coronel Tapioca, a retail chain with 130 stores in Spain, Portugal and Italy, for 17 years. From 2007 Marta was Director of Corporate Development and previously she was responsible for the management and development of franchises. She holds a degree in Business Management and Administration from the Pontifical University of Comillas, Madrid (ICADE).

Before joining the company, Alberto worked for 4 years at Deloitte in the auditing department, specialising in the services, consumer and distribution, and Real Estate industries. He holds a dual degree in Business Administration and Management and Law from Complutense University of Madrid. He also has a Master's degree in Auditing, Accounting and Finance from Comillas Pontifical University of Madrid (ICADE).

Before joining the company in 2018, Laura worked as Head of the Tax and Accounting Department at Asesoría y Consulting Empresarial Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid). Previously, she worked at Caja Madrid (now Bankia). She holds a degree in Economic and Business Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid. She has over 20 years of experience in the accounting and tax sector.

Before joining the company, Almudena worked for four years at EY Luxembourg, in the audit department, where she specialised in the real estate and private equity sectors. She graduated in Business Administration from the Universidad Carlos III of Madrid and holds a Master's degree in Audit, Accounting and Finance from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, Madrid (ICADE).

She joined the company in November 2018. Before joining the company, Raquel developed her professional career at an American multinational company, taking on positions of responsibility in the financial department and management control, including managing the credit department for Spain and Portugal. She holds a degree in Business Administration from the San Pablo CEU University of Madrid and a Double Master's degree in Financial Management and Auditing.

Before joining the company, Isabel worked for five years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, initially in the banking sector audit department and subsequently in the Transaction Services department, where she specialised in the real estate sector. She holds a degree in Business Administration from the Autonomous University of Madrid and a Master's degree in Audit, Accounting and Finance from the University College of Financial Studies (CUNEF).

Marián has 20 years of professional experience before joining the company in 2015. She worked as a Sales Assistant at Magnum & Partners, previously worked in the Administration Department at Centauro, and as an Executive Secretary at Ferrovial Real Estate. She holds a qualification in International Secretarial Studies from St. Charles College in Madrid and a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from the University of Hull.

Joined the Company in July 2020. With 18 years of professional experience, she has worked as an advisory lawyer in the Venezuelan state banking sector, as head of the legal & compliance department in the financial sector in Florida (USA), and as a legal assistant at the Organization of American States (OAS) in Washington DC. She holds a law degree from the Central University of Venezuela (UCV).

Before joining the investment team in April 2024, Jesús spent 7 years in the asset management department of Freo Group as a local partner for global credit and private equity funds such as Oaktree Capital, Bain Capital, Cain International and BC Partners. Previously, he had worked for 3 years in the asset management department of Zaphir Asset Management (Manager of the Aguirre Newman Group) and in the CIB division at BNP Paribas.

Master's in Financial Analysis from the Carlos III University of Madrid and Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the same University

Adolfo Navarrete joined Inbest GPF in 2025 as Legal Counsel. He has over 10 years of experience providing legal advice in the real estate sector.

He began his professional career at the law firm Jones Day and later joined DLA Piper, where he was a Senior Associate in the Real Estate department, advising national and international clients on corporate purchase and sale transactions, sale & leaseback, promotion and acquisition of commercial, residential and industrial real estate assets and real estate holding companies, among others.

Before joining Inbest GPF, he was part of the in-house legal team at Boscalt Hospitality Advisors, an investment fund specializing in the European luxury hotel segment.

Adolfo holds a degree in Law and Political Science from the Pontifical University of Comillas (ICADE) and a Master's degree in Legal Advice for Companies from the Instituto de Empresa (IE).

Before joining the company in 2018, Alberto worked at Lidl Supermercados SAU from 2010, initially as Head of Technical Property and from 2016, as Construction Manager, at the Madrid Delegation. Previously, he worked for 4 years on different tertiary projects as a Site Manager at Ortiz Construcciones S.A. Alberto has over 7 years of experience in the Expansion area within the retail sector, in Project Management. He holds a degree in Technical Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, a Master's degree in Business Management and Administration of Infrastructures, Construction and Services from the UNED, and an MBA from the ESERP Business School.

He joined Inbest in 2022, although he has been involved in projects since 2018. He has over thirteen years of experience in the real estate sector. He began his professional career in France, where he led unique projects such as La Fabrique, awarded the Pyramide d’Or Grand Prix National 2017 at Reichen et Robert Architectes. He has founded his own teams, achieving recognition in international competitions.

Graduated in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and in Real Estate Business Management from IE Business School Executive Education.

Lidia joins our technical department during 2024.

They began their professional career in luxury residential property and have developed multi-disciplinarily in the areas of property, site supervision, and construction companies, working with clients such as Vodafone and Alsea group, with ten years of experience.

You have led individual projects with a special focus on residential rehabilitation and structural surveying.

Graduate in Higher Architecture and Master's in Structures from the Polytechnic University.

Manuel joins the technical department in 2024.

Manuel developed his professional career in the real estate sector within the technical department of the real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield, working on tertiary sector projects. He also worked in the architecture department at BNP Paribas Real Estate.

Graduated in Technical Architecture from the University of A Coruña and holds a Master's in BIM Management from Zigurat Global Institute.

He has 33 years of experience in the real estate sector. Alberto has held senior positions as Director in various departments within the sector, such as Ferrovial Inmobiliaria and Martinsa Fadesa. Director of Construction Project Execution for public entities, including the Ministry of Justice, Radio Televisión Española (RTVE), the Community of Madrid, and Inserso. He is a Technical Architect from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and holds a Master's in Real Estate Business Management.

In his 37-year professional career, Ejaz has made global real estate investments totalling €27 billion. He worked at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (AIDA), which has been Abu Dhabi's sovereign wealth fund for 34 years. At AIDA, Ejaz was a Senior Member of the real estate team, responsible for the execution of over 200 diversified transactions. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), both in the UK.
