Javier founded Corpfin Capital Real Estate Partner (CCREP) in 2008. He has more than 30 years experience in the Real Estate sector. He has been involved in retail and residential projects. Previously, he was the Managing Director of the real estate and construction companies Fadesa and Martinsa -Fadesa. Javier has also held senior management positions at BBVA and Ferrovial. He holds a Law degree from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Business Management (MDI).

Carlos is Chairman of Corpfin Capital. He began his career in Investment Banking in 1987 at the Spanish subsidiary of Citicorp Investment Bank. Later he joined Société Générale where he led the  Structured Finance and Syndication Department until 1998, when he was appointed General Deputy Director. In 2000 he joined the Telefónica Group where he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Telefónica Media, Vice President and Chief Executive Officer at Vía Digital and Group Controller. In 2004 he joined Corpfin Capital as a Partner where he was Managing Partner until 2018.

He holds a degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from ICADE (E-3), Madrid.

Prior to founding Queka, Patrick served as the Managing Partner (1992 to 2018) and Chairman of the IC (2007 to 2018) at Corpfin Capital, where he was involved in over 25 Iberian private equity deals. Patrick previously held the position of Head of Spain at CVC Capital Partners, he was an investment professional at CVC Capital Partners in New York and was a Project Engineer for Técnicas Reunidas. Patrick holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the NYU Stern Graduate School of Business.

He holds a Law degree from the University of Navarra. He has been a Partner in the commercial area  of Cuatrecasas since 2008. He is an expert in all types of fund operations and real estate restructuring, real estate financing (including REITs) and sale and leaseback.

Ana joined Inbest Real Estate Management Partner in December 2017 as Chief Executive Officer. She has more than 18 years experience in the Real Estate sector. She began her professional career in the M&A-Corporate Finance department at Banco Santander. Later she worked at Aguirre Newman, where she was the Director of the Corporate Finance department. In 2012, she joined Deloitte, where she served as Director of the Financial Advisory – Real Estate department. Ana is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). She holds a degree in Business Management and Administration and a Master’s degree in Development of Management Skills, both from the University of Deusto.

Before joining the company in 2011, Marta worked for 17 years at Coronel Tapioca, a retail chain with 130 stores in Spain, Portugal and Italy. Since 2007 Marta has been Manager of Business Development and was previously responsible for the management and development of franchises. She has a degree in Business Administration and Management from Comillas Pontifical University, Madrid (ICADE).

Before joining the company, Alberto worked for 4 years at Deloitte in the Audit department specializing in services, consumer products, distribution and Real Estate industries. He has a double bachelor`s degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from Complutense University of Madrid and also a Master´s degree in Auditing, Finance and Accounting from Comillas Pontificial University (ICADE) in Madrid.

Prior to joining the company in March 2023, Ana worked for 4 years at EY in the audit department, specializing in the renewable energy and services industry.

She holds a degree in Business Administration from IE University in Madrid. She holds a Master’s Degree in Auditing, Accounting and Finance from Universidad Pontifica de Comillas de Madrid (ICADE).

Before joining the company in 2018, Laura developed her professional career as Head of the Tax and Accounting Department in Asesoría y Consulting Empresarial Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid). She previously worked at Caja Madrid (currently Bankia). She is a graduate in Economics and Business Studies from the Complutense University of Madrid. She has had more than 20 years experience in the accounting and tax sector.

She joined the company in November of 2018. She has had 20 years professional experience in an American multinational, undertaking positions of responsibility in finance, accounts payable, loans and treasury. She holds a degree in Business Administration from the San Pablo CEU University of Madrid and has a Double Master in Financial Management and Auditing.

With 18 years of professional experience she has worked as an advisory attorney in Venezuela’s State Financial Sector. As well  as a head of the legal  & compliance department in the financial sector in Florida (USA) and as a legal assistant at the Organization of American States (OAS) in Washington DC. She is a lawyer from the Central University of Venezuela (UCV). She joined the company in July 2020.

Jesús joined the investment team in April 2024. Before that he spent 7 years at Freo Group in their Asset Management department, where he worked as the local partner for global credit and private equity funds such as Oaktree Capital, Bain Capital, Cain International and BC Partners.  Prior to that, he worked at Zaphir Asset Management (Aguirre Newman Group) in the asset management for 3 years and also at BNP Paribas in the CIB division.

He holds a Masters in Financial Analysis from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and a degree in Business Administration from the same university.

Jasper joined the investment team in May 2024. Before that he spent 4 years at Freo Group in their Asset Management department, where he worked as the local partner for global credit and private equity funds such as Bain Capital, Pictet Advisors and Cain International, all through the asset management spectrum on a diverse range of asset classes and profiles. Prior to that, he worked at Knight Frank in the capital markets department for 3 years and was involved in several high-profile transactions.

He holds a Masters in Executive Real Estate Program from IE Business School, and a degree in Modern Languages and Business Studies from Newcastle University.

Before joining the company in 2018, Alberto worked at Lidl Supermercados SAU from 2010, first as Technical Head of Real Estate and from 2016, as Construction Manager, at the Madrid office. He previously worked for four years in different tertiary projects, as a Technical Engineer, in Ortiz Construcciones S.A. Alberto has more than seven years experience in the Expansion area in the retail sector, in Project Management. He has a degree in Technical Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, a Master’s degree in Business Management of Infrastructure, Construction and Services Companies from UNED and an MBA from the ESERP Business School.

Experienced in Real Estate sector for more than thirteen years, Jorge has been incorporated Inbest in 2022 and involved in its projects since 2018. He began his professional career in France, leading unique projects as La Fabrique, laureates with Pyramide d’Or Grand Prix National 2017 in Reichen et Robert Architectes. Founder of entrepreneur teams obtaining recognition in international competitions.

Master Architect from Advanced Technical School of Architecture in Madrid and Executive Real Estate Business program in IE Business School.

He has 33 years experience in Real Estate. Alberto has held managerial positions in different departments within the sector such as at Ferrovial Inmobiliaria and Martinsa Fadesa. He has been Construction Project Execution Manager for public entities, Ministry of Justice, Spanish Radio Television (RTVE), Community of Madrid and Inserso. He has a degree in Technical Architecture from the Polytechnic University in Madrid and has a Master’s degree in Management of Real Estate Companies.

In his 37 years of professional experience, Ejaz has made real estate investments worldwide totalling €27bn. He worked at Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (AIDA), which has been the sovereign fund of Abu Dhabi for 34 years. At AIDA, Ejaz was a Senior member of the real estate team, responsible for executing more than 200 diversified transactions. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Institute of Management Accounting (CIMA), both in the United Kingdom.
