Acquisition of a plot of land located at Avenida de la Constitución 106, in the heart of the main thoroughfare of Torrejón de Ardoz. The municipality, situated 20 km from Madrid, has a population of 127,000 inhabitants.

The plot initially had a rentable commercial area of 6,613m2 and was later divided into two.

Approximately 1,400m2 were sold in July 2018 to Ahorramás and the remaining area was leased to Aldi and subsequently sold in September 2019.
