Acquisition of two commercial premises located next to Madrid's main business center (Azca): Orense 15 and Basílica 17. The operation was structured through a single SPV.

Transaction: Commercial premises located on Orense Street, with an area of 430m2. The management team identified that the asset leased to McDonald's had an old rent contract. The asset was sold before McDonald's left, but a sale price was negotiated that took into account the optimization of future rent.
