Acquisition of one of Kutxabank's main offices in San Sebastián, which occupied the entire ground floor of the block between the streets of San Marcial, Guetaria, Arrasate and Bergara.

Operation: Transformation of the space into 7 retail units, optimizing the available area. Structuring and negotiation of the lease agreement with top-tier operators: Mango Man, Mango Violeta, Pull&Bear, Women's Secret, Twinset, and Kuin. Between December 2018 and June 2019, the divestment of six of the seven units was structured.
