Acquisition of two commercial premises located next to Madrid's main business center (Azca): Orense 15 and Basílica 17. The operation was structured through a single SPV.

Operation: Commercial premises located on Basílica street, with an area of 510m2. Identification, negotiation and signing of the lease agreement with Taxi a Manhattan (restaurant operator).

Status: Divested in June 2014
