Acquisition of a plot located at Avenida de Paris 4, in the Municipality of Arganda del Rey, on the axis of the A-3 Highway (Valencia) and with a total of 55,000 inhabitants.

The plot is adjacent to Mercadona and is located next to the residential growth area of the municipality and very close to the Southeast University Hospital.

The plot measures 7,925m2 and was divided into two. Approximately 2,850m2 were sold to Ibermutuamur in March 2019, and the remaining commercial space has been leased to Supeco (Carrefour Group).
