Acquisition of a plot of land located between Pablo Picasso, Oceanía and Cooperación streets right in the center of Avenida Primero de Mayo, which constitutes the axis of the Ensanche Sur of Alcorcón.

The total population of the municipality of Alcorcón is 168,000 inhabitants, although together with the median populations of Móstoles, Fuenlabrada, and Leganés, the total area of influence is approximately 750,000 inhabitants.

Development of a retail park with an approximate area of 10,200 m² of commercial space. The complex is leased to Alcampo, McDonald's, and the Bálamo restaurant.
