Torrejon de Ardoz, Madrid

Acquisition of a land plot located in Avenida de la Constitución 106, on the center of the main artery of Torrejón de Ardoz. The municipality, located 20 km from Madrid, has a total population of 127,000 inhabitants.

The land plot initially had a commercial leasable area of 6,613sqm and was subsequently segregated into two different plots.

Approximately 1,400sqm were sold in July 2018 to Ahorramás and the remaining area was rented to Aldi and subsequently sold in September 2019.

Divested in September 2019.
