Getaria/San Marcial, San Sebastian

Acquisition of a relevant office of a Spanish bank (Kutxabank) in San Sebastian, which occupied the entire ground floor of the block between the streets of San Marcial, Guetaria, Arrasate and Bergara.

Transaction: transformation of the space, into seven retail premises, optimizing the available area. Structuring and negotiation of the lease agreements with tier 1 retailers: Mango Man, Mango Violeta, Pull & Bear, Women Secret, Twinset and Kuin.  The divestment of six of the seven stores was structured between December 2018 and June 2019.
