Asset with a commercial area close to 15,000m2 located in Gran Via 84 (Madrid) on the lower floors of the Edificio España (Hotel Riu of 4 stars),  inaugurated in 2019.

Operation: creation of commercial flaghsips between 1,000m2 and 8,000m2 for first class tenants, identification of potential operators, structuring and negotiating of lease contracts.
