Acquisition of a land plot located in Avenida de Paris 4, within the municipality of Arganda del Rey, on the A-3 motorway (Valencia) and with a total of 55,000 inhabitants.
The land plot is adjacent to Mercadona and is next to the residential growth zone of the municipality and also very close to the Southeast University Hospital.
The land plot had initially a total area of 7,925sqm and was divided into two different plots. Approximately 2,850sqm were sold to Ibermutuamur in March 2019 and the remaining commercial area has been leased to Supeco (Carrefour Group).
