15 Orense Street, Madrid

Acquisition of two commercial premises located next to the main business center in Madrid (Azca): Orense 15 and Basilica 17. The operation was structured through a single SPV.

Transaction: Commercial premises located in Orense Street, with a total area of 430sqm. The management team found that the asset was leased to McDonald’s under an old lease contract that was about to expire. The asset was sold before McDonlald’s exit. However, the management team negotiated an acquisition price with the purchaser, taking into consideration the future optimised rents that were to be received in order to optimized the investment return.

Status: Divested in June 2014
