Inbest Real Estate is an independent asset manager, specialising in "value add" operations in the High Street and Retail Park segments in Spain.
The Group began its activity in 2008 under the name Corpfin Capital Real Estate Partners (CCREP), an asset management company that currently manages four High Street SOCIMIs (Corpfin Capital Prime Retail):
- Two of them listed on BME Growth, (Corpfin Capital Prime Retail II – “CCPR II”; and Corpfin Capital Prime Retail III – “CCPR III”).
- Two unlisted entities (Corpfin Capital Prime Retail Assets – “CCPR Assets” and Corpfin Capital Prime Retail Assets II – “CCPR Assets II”).
In 2017, coinciding with its tenth anniversary and with the aim of continuing a business that grew significantly during its first decade, Javier Basagoiti founded the group's second management company, INBEST Real Estate. INBEST boasts the team's track record and currently manages:
- INBEST SOCIMI (composed of 9 SOCIMIS High Street);
- INBEST Retail Parks A mid-park investment vehicle.
In this way, the management team has over 10 years of experience, a team of more than 15 professionals, two management companies with 16 vehicles, and more than €1 billion in assets under management since its inception.
